Once you place an order, the ATIP consent form will be emailed to you.
Due to ongoing delays from the issuing authorities (IRCC/CBSA), there is no guaranteed processing time for case notes or files. However, we aim to submit your request within 24 hours of receiving your complete application.
Requests can only be made by the individual whose record is needed or their legal parents/guardians. Therefore, only their verified email addresses should be used for submission.
Third parties (including but not limited to agents, friends, extended family, and employers) are not permitted to make requests. Any unauthorized submissions may be canceled without a refund and could be reported to the relevant authorities, even up to seven years after submission.
Note: Impersonation is a criminal offense, and we are legally required to report any such cases if necessary.

GCMS Notes will be sent electronically via email, as provided by the issuing agency.
All payments are final and non-refundable, even if the requested information is delayed or denied by the Government of Canada. Additionally, if a completed and signed consent form is not submitted within 30 days of placing an order, no refund will be issued. In rare cases, a partial refund (with a 25% administrative fee deduction) may be considered if payment was made within 30 days but the request has not yet been submitted to the Government of Canada.
Orders placed without the required consent form will be forfeited after 30 days, treated as abandoned, and will not be eligible for a refund, transfer, or processing. A new order with payment will be required in such cases.
All documents and case notes are delivered exclusively via email.
Ordering GCMS Notes does not establish any agreement granting an RCIC member the authority to act as the client’s authorized representative in any matter.
Only the individual whose record is being requested, or their legal parents/guardians, may submit a request. The provided email address must belong to one of these authorized individuals.
Third parties—including agents, friends, extended family, and employers—are not permitted to request these records. If a third-party request is detected, it may be canceled without a refund and reported to the relevant authorities, even up to seven years after submission.
Important: Impersonation is a criminal offense, and any suspected cases will be reported to the appropriate authorities as required.
