IMMIGRATION SERVICES

Express Entry Canada

Express Entry is one of the fastest pathways to permanent residence in Canada. If you have skilled work experience, strong language ability, and the right qualifications, this system can help you secure an invitation to apply for permanent residence.

What is Express Entry?

Express Entry is an online immigration system used by the Government of Canada to manage applications for permanent residence under three main programs: the Federal Skilled Worker Program, the Federal Skilled Trades Program, and the Canadian Experience Class.

Candidates are ranked using the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS), which assigns points based on factors such as age, education, language ability, and work experience. The highest-ranking candidates receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for permanent residence.

Is Express Entry Right for You?

Skilled Workers Outside Canada

You have skilled work experience and want to know whether you qualify for a federal Express Entry program.

Temporary Residents in Canada

You are already in Canada on a work permit or study pathway and want to move toward permanent residence.

Canadian Experience Class Candidates

You have skilled Canadian work experience and want to confirm whether your experience counts under Express Entry.

Candidates With Low or Borderline CRS Scores

You are in the pool or planning to enter, but need a strategy to improve your score or target the right draw type.

Creating an Express Entry profile does not guarantee an invitation. Your score, eligibility, documents, occupation, language results, and draw type all affect your chances. IRCC also states that submitting a profile does not guarantee an Invitation to Apply.

Our goal is to help you understand whether Express Entry is realistic for your situation now, whether your score needs improvement, and what documents must be strengthened before submission.

You do not need to have everything ready before your consultation. Bring what you currently have, and we will help identify what is missing.

1

Prepare Your Identity and Status Documents

Bring your passport, current Canadian status document if applicable, previous permits, visas, or any IRCC correspondence.

2

Prepare Your Language Test Results

Bring your IELTS, CELPIP, TEF, or TCF results if you have already taken a language test.

3

Prepare Your Education Documents

Bring your certificates, transcripts, and Educational Credential Assessment report if you studied outside Canada.

4

Prepare Your Work Experience Records

Bring employment letters, job descriptions, pay records, contracts, tax documents, and details of your duties, hours, dates, and salary.

5

Prepare Your Immigration and Family Details

Bring details about your spouse or partner, children, travel history, past refusals, police certificates, and available settlement funds.

If you are not sure whether a document is useful, bring it. Express Entry depends heavily on consistency between your profile and your supporting documents.
