WOY Immigration Services Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of clients who use our website, including for booking appointments and processing payments. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information in compliance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy laws.

When clients book appointments online, fill out the free assessment form or fill the service questionnaires, we collect personal information such as name, email address, phone number, preferred appointment times, and immigration-related details (e.g., status, history) provided in forms. For payments, we collect billing details processed via our third-party gateway (e.g., Stripe or PayPal), but we do not store full card numbers. We also collect technical data like IP addresses and browser types via cookies for site functionality.

How We Use the Information

We use collected information to schedule and manage appointments, send confirmations/reminders, process payments, provide immigration services, and improve our site. Information is retained only as long as necessary for these purposes or legal requirements (typically 7 years for service records).

Disclosure and Third Parties

We share information with service providers like appointment scheduling tools and payment processors, bound by data protection agreements. Data may be transferred outside Canada (e.g., to U.S.-based gateways), where it receives comparable protection. We do not sell personal information.

You can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
