Payment Policy
- All payments are final and non-refundable once an order is placed.
- A completed and signed consent form must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Orders without a valid consent form after this period will be considered abandoned and will not be processed or refunded.
- In rare cases, a partial refund may be considered (subject to a 25% administrative fee) if the request has not yet been submitted to the Government of Canada.
