After placing your order, an ATIP consent form will be sent to your email. This form must be completed and signed by the individual whose records are being requested before submission can proceed.

Processing times are determined by IRCC or CBSA and may vary due to operational delays. While timelines are not guaranteed, we submit your request within 24 hours of receiving your completed application and consent form.

How You Will Receive Your GCMS Notes

All GCMS notes are delivered electronically via email, exactly as provided by the issuing government agency.

  • Requests must be submitted by the individual whose records are being requested or their legal parent/guardian. The email address provided must belong to the authorized individual.
  • Third-party requests (including agents, friends, extended family, or employers) are not permitted. Any unauthorized submissions may be canceled without refund.
  • All payments are final and non-refundable once an order is placed.
  • A completed and signed consent form must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Orders without a valid consent form after this period will be considered abandoned and will not be processed or refunded.
  • In rare cases, a partial refund may be considered (subject to a 25% administrative fee) if the request has not yet been submitted to the Government of Canada.
